GetJobzi Verified tracks what happens after candidates apply: who replies, who moves people to interview, and who leaves applications unanswered. It's built from real applications and real correspondence, not star ratings or opinions.

Why we built this

Candidates are asked to prove themselves at every stage: CV, interview, references. Almost nobody asks the same of recruiters and employers. Many applications simply go unanswered, and each candidate only ever sees their own silence. Pooling what happens across thousands of applications shows the pattern: who responds, who moves candidates forward, and who goes quiet.

How the evidence works

Replies are counted from verified correspondence, not from anyone's say-so. Silence is counted only where we'd have seen a reply if one had been sent.

1. Applications go out through GetJobzi

Applications GetJobzi sends use the candidate's GetJobzi address, so any reply from the recruiter or employer arrives in an inbox we host. We know exactly what was sent, and when.

2. Replies are checked, not claimed

Replies to a GetJobzi inbox come straight from the sender. Forwarded messages are checked against their original headers and the sender's real domain. Screenshots and pasted text never count as a verified reply.

3. The outcome speaks for itself

GetJobzi's classifier reads each reply: interview, offer, rejection, or an automatic "application received". Nobody picks their own rating. If nothing arrives within 14 days, that's recorded as no reply.

Response rate is the share of GetJobzi applicants who received a verified reply from a person. Automated "application received" emails don't count. A company is listed once at least 5 candidates have applied and 3 verified replies are on file.

How this list is kept fair
  • Only applications sent through GetJobzi count, because only then would a reply have reached an inbox we can see. Applications candidates made on their own are left out.
  • An application counts only once it's at least 14 days old.
  • Any reply counts in the company's favour, including a rejection or a reply the candidate told us about themselves. An automatic "application received" email isn't a reply from a person, so it doesn't.
  • A company needs at least 10 candidates, and at least 70% of them with no reply, to be listed. Each candidate counts once, however many times they applied.
  • Name variants of the same company, such as "Ltd" and "Recruitment" versions, are combined. Every name is checked by a person before it's published.
  • The figures describe what's on record. They don't say why a reply wasn't sent or suggest any breach of law.

If your company is listed and you think a figure is wrong, or you'd like your response shown alongside it, email [email protected]. We review every request and correct any error before the next nightly update.
